Well, get caught by surprise by them each time. The Inquisition had spies that could keep that sort of thing from happening to us, but here? The best we could do is work out some system where people take the shuttles out as far as they can to patrol the perimeter of the ships and report back if they see anything suspicious. It's not exactly ideal, but it would at least keep us prepared.

[She's hardly in charge of the Inquisition's forces, that's Cullen's job, but she'd paid attention to his plans. She'd had a lot of time to learn from him and from Bull's Chargers how best to organize a battle, so why not use that now?]

It might be helpful if the ships all stayed close together, too. That way we could circle up when the attacks came so we couldn't be surrounded and could attack from all directions ourselves.
